It was hard to find parking near the stadium and took a good whole 30 minutes to get parking and walking to the stadium. It was our first time visiting it so we didn't know any place where we could park.
This has to be my favourite place in Birmingham. Loads of activities to do as well as many food options. Definitely recommend
The club room gives you access too the club lounge for a few hours in Sheffield casino the evening with complimentarily drinks and snacks available which was hosted by Nevin who is honestly a fantastic ambassador for your hotel providing great service . I also visited the hotel bar later in the evening and they make great cocktails. The breakfast was great provided in a beautiful surrounding with eggs cooked freshly . Vegetarian options are available too. And the breakfast staff really wanted you to enjoy your meal.

Spa facilities were good , pool is a good size, hot tub needs attention button is stuck down and difficult to get going. Changing rooms were OK, good size lockers, shower curtains need washing or replacing as they had black stains, lots of hair around on floor and on the sides. Parking at hotel is good but a little expensive I think was 27.00 for 24hours.
I've been coming to this casino for a long time and the staff at the reception are very polite and friendly, the manager at rainbow casino are probably one of the best managers compared to the other casinos I've been to.
Price to stay is expensive, but it is a quality hotel. Parking is non-existent unfortunately but there are public car parks close by.
